1. Contractual Agreement and Conditions 1.1 The information provided on the website does not constitute a legal agreement. The contractual agreement between the customer and Muse and Glow is formed by the order placed on the website. 1.2 The general terms and conditions will be presented to you during the order confirmation process on the website, and your unconditional acceptance is required. By making a purchase on the website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the conditions and cannot dispute them in case of a dispute. 1.3 After submitting your order and accepting the general terms and conditions, you will receive an email confirmation that serves as a sales contract between you and Muse and Glow. We will process your order in accordance with the general terms and conditions.

2. Delivery 2.1 The standard delivery time within Switzerland is typically 3-10 working days. 2.2 While Muse and Glow strives to maintain stock availability, we cannot guarantee the continuous availability of all products. In the event that a product is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you of the estimated delivery time and ship the product as soon as it becomes available. 3. Currencies and Pricing Policy 3.1 We accept orders from Switzerland. 3.2 Orders are invoiced in Swiss Francs (CHF), including both the product price and shipping costs. 3.3 Payment for orders can be made by credit card, Postfinance, or Paypal. Upon order confirmation, you will receive an email with payment details and the total amount due. 3.4  Shipping and handling costs is CHF 8.5- for deliveries within Switzerland. Additional charges may apply for voluminous orders (over 2kg ). Free delivery within Switzerland is available for orders over CHF 100.- 3.5 For deliveries within Switzerland, VAT is included in the product price and shipping costs.

4. 5. Responsibilities 5.1 Muse and Glow endeavors to provide the best quality of service. However, we cannot be held responsible for delayed product deliveries due to supplier issues or postal service delays. Muse and Glow also cannot guarantee the uninterrupted functionality of the website in exceptional circumstances. 5.2 Therefore, Muse and Glow disclaims all liability for direct or indirect damages arising from accessing the website or any part thereof, including cases where website access is not possible.
