*Please note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons. All orders are shipped with Swiss Post and receive a tracking number. Shipping will be charged at checkout.

*We cannot accept responsibility for address errors. Please check the address at the time of placing the order before proceeding with the payment. If your order is sent to the incorrectly specified address, your order cannot be refunded.
* Order can't be changed (eg. Name/Tel/Postal/Address) once the package is shipped out.
* Feel free to contact us if there is any urgent/special request, we will try our best to accommodate.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Muse and Glow, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. Please read our Policy below for important information regarding returns, refunds, and return shipping.
Returns: We take great care in inspecting our products before shipping them to you. However, due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. If your product has been damaged during shipping or you have received the wrong product, we are here to help. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and provide photographic proof of the damage. We will gladly send a replacement or finding an alternative solution.
Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will thoroughly inspect it. We will then send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method.
Return Shipping: If you need to return a product, please contact us by mail to receive instructions on where to send it. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for covering the shipping expenses for returning the item.
Please be aware that we can only offer refunds or exchanges for products within 7 days of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot accept your return or provide a refund.
